How To Order

To place an ORDER REQUEST, please:

1). Click “Add to Cart” button on each item you’d like to purchase. 

2). After all the items you want to purchase are in your cart, please complete your checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button on the bottom of your cart.

3). Clicking “Checkout” will take you to the “Send Purchase Request” page. Here you must complete all required fields (denoted by **) and click “Send My Purchase Request” in order for to complete your checkout/purchase request.

4). As noted by a disclaimer at the top of the “Send Purchase Request” page: “This purchase request does not constitute a sale of the items listed below. We must first confirm that all items are still available and provide you with a final invoice total which will include Shipping and Insurance.”

5). Order confirmations will be sent via email ASAP. Outside of extenuating circumstances all purchase requests will receive a response within 24 hours. In the event multiple purchase requests are received for the same item, the first request will receive an order confirmation and subsequent requests will be notified the item is no longer available. 

6). Once you receive an order confirmation, the purchase is binding. Artwork will be reserved for 7 days after we send out an order confirmation. If payment or the arrangement of a payment plan (YES, we offer interest free payment plans) are not completed within 7 days, the artwork will be relisted for sale on the website.

If a prospective buyer receives order confirmations for artwork they requested to purchase multiple times without paying for their order, HCC reserves the right to no longer sell art to that customer.
